We are a community-based program that provides direct culturally appropriate services to survivors of torture and war trauma utilizing a variety of therapies. 

Mental Health Services  

We provide direct culturally appropriate services to survivors of torture and war trauma, utilizing therapies and settings to meet the unique needs of each client, including

•  Cognitive restructuring
•  Self trauma therapy
•  Mind/body techniques
•  Group therapy
•  Psycho-educational groups  

Outreach Programs  

Other outreach progrmas designed to encourage healing of survivors and their families such as the Family-To-Family Program which facilitates the integration of refugee families into the reality of this culture by teaming them with an American family who provides friendship and emotional support.  

Training  

The Center provides training for educational, medical, and mental health professionals serving survivors.
